a) Excellent NA Payroll, Compensation Mgmt (delivered/custom) development experience
b) Should have a good understanding of NA Payroll business processes
c) Should be able to translate/map the technical problems in NA Payroll to the correct business process and start the Root-cause-analysis to get to the bottom of the problem
d) Should be able to debug development issues
e) Should be able to review design and development deliverables from the development team
f) Should be able to create work packages for the team, Assign work packages to team members, track the development, report status, get the task to completion
