Business Analyst
Location: Mount Laurel, NJ
Duration: 12 Months
Client: Sapient

The BA should have multiyear (at least 5 ) experience in brokerage and / or custodial business.
- Must have detailed understanding of typical functions like - New Account Opening, Trade Capture and Pre Trade checks, Account margining rules, order routing and fills, and Back office functions
o Note there will be a multiple BA requirement - so one person is not expected to be expert in Front , Middle and Back office requirements
- Should have a strong awareness of compliance and regulatory requirements in the B/D space - specially around trade compliance and reporting
- Have excellent soft skills and specifically interviewing skills to be able to gather and capture configuration requirements for a B/D platform being implemented in a service bureau model
- Must have strong technology awareness - not expected to be programmer - but should understand basic web constructs to be able to communicate to technology teams
- Should be able to function independently
- Expertise in Tools expected : MS Office
