Technical Lead - Required Experience as follows:
Five (5) years experience managing complex information technology projects from conception through implementation.
Five (5) years experience in technical design and prototype development.
Five (5) years of experience with requirement elicitation with business process owners and other stakeholders. Use case, business rules,business process map development.
Five (5) years of proven experience in developing complex SQL Server database application development and Extract Transform and load (ETL) processes.
Three (3) years of experience building sequence diagrams and activity diagrams.
Expert level: use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
Five (5) years of experience with consulting and providing expert advice on various information technology application frameworks, data tiers and infrastructure.
Three (3) years experience managing complex information technology projects.
Three (3) years experience in technical design and prototype development.
Five (5) Years experience with software quality assurance and change management
Hands on experience with database design
