REQUIRMENT:

Rate : $55/hr

Duration : 6 months

Location : Washington, DC

PeopleSoft Admin

Client is looking for a PeopleSoft Consultant for a contract position with one of our leading clients in Washington, DC – Client requires a F2F interview so candidates must be local to the area.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

-PeopleSoft Financials 8.9 or higher.

-PeopleSoft HCM 8.9 or higher including Payroll.

-PeopleTools 8.52 or higher.

-Process Scheduler (UNIX and WINDOWS) environment

-Demonstrated PeopleSoft Administration experience including installation, support, troubleshooting, monitoring, optimization, application of bundles, 2 –tier connection, service packs and patches and application of PeopleSoft Tools upgrades.

-Demonstrated experience supporting systems in a 24 x 7 operational environment in a high –pressure environment whilst still dedicated to high-quality results.

-Demonstrated experience with the development of complex Human Capital Management systems –experience with PeopleSoft FSCM, HCM including North American Payroll and People Tools , Oracle, integration with Microsoft technologies such as .NET, XML, SharePoint, MS Office, reporting (Crystal Report, SQR) and COTS packages is required.

-Demonstrated experience with PeopleSoft PIA – Tuxedo and Weblogic

-Demonstrated experience in an Oracle environment either as a Database Administrator, developer or integrator.

-Demonstrated experience with complex database management tasks.

-Experience with security, high-availability concept and technologies, SAN technology, UNIX shell scripting, Windows OS, backup tools and monitoring tools.

-Application Server (Tuxedo)

-Web Server (Weblogic)

-Application Designer, Data Mover, Integration Broker, Run Control, RenServer, Application Engine, SQR, Crystal Report, Change Assistant, Phire Change management tool.

-UNIX (AIX preferred), Linux shell scripting

-Configuring an environment post refresh from production

-OEM for PeopleTools 8.52 or higher.

-Oracle SQL (10G/11G) and SQL tuning.

-Several years of experience with Oracle database and tools such as OEM monitoring tools

-Superior spoken and written communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.

-University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related field of study or equivalent, plus a minimum of five years professional experience in a roll as a PeopleSoft Administrator is required.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

-Ability to quickly grasp new technology

-Knowledge of Tidal job Scheduler

-Interpersonal skills that create openness and trust among colleagues

-Analytical skills that enable synthesis of inputs from many sources and allow for strategic thinking and tactical implementation.

-Requires a blend of skills including database system administration, network technology, Unix/Linux and Windows server administration, high-availability SAN and clustering.

-Vendor interaction for problem identification and resolution.

-Ability to quickly grasp how new technologies work and how they might be applied to achieve business goals.

-Working knowledge of HTTP Servers

-Experience using CURL utility for file transfer

-Experience using PGP encryption utility

-Experience implementing and supporting Kerberos SSO for PeopleSoft.

-Experience using ImageNow or any document management, document imaging and workflow tool
