Need Senior Quality Assurance Manager (Practitioner) @ WA

 

Hello,

 

We have an urgent requirement of Senior Quality Assurance Manager (Practitioner) with one of our direct client in WA.

 

Location: Olympia/Seattle, WA

Duration: 12 Months

 

Table 1 – Mandatory & Desirable Knowledge and/or Skills

·Minimum of five (5) years of verifiable experience in conducting Quality Assurance (QA) Assessments.

·Minimum of five (5) years of experience in providing QA Assessments for Enterprise IT projects.

·Resume shows prior knowledge of, and compliance with, ISB Quality Assurance Policy 305-P1 and ISB QA Standard 305-S1.

·Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Contract Management of government and/or private sector environments, in providing QA Services on outsourced hardware, software, and integration project Contracts.

·Minimum of two (2) years of experience in areas of vendor relationship and contract management oversight.

 

Desired

 

·Expert knowledge of WA State Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) IT standards, policies and guidelines.

·Expert knowledge of the IT Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) standards and guidelines along with system implementation best practices and procedures.

·In-depth knowledge of physical and IT security technologies

·Information Services Procurement Library (ISPL) Manager or Foundation certification is preferred

·Strong MS Office Suite experience and fluent in MS Project
