Primary Location: St. Paul, MN
Engagement Description: Receives work assignments directly fr0m project manager. Works on site with MDH lab users and remotely with CDC staff to collect user requirements and performs gap analysis between the requirements and current ELIS application. Writes detailed design specifications and works with MNIT messaging coordinator, developers, and testers at MDH to update ELIS application based on the analysis results
