Microsoft Senior Developer/Architect
• Complex Programming experience of more than 10 years on Windows platform (C#, .NET).
o Please exclude candidates who have experience in building simple web applications (client-server).
o Has past experience in architecting highly complex applications.
o Has the ability to lead a project independently from design to deployment.
• Experience in designing work flow engines, call distributors would be a plus.
• Has proficiency in building applications that run as Windows Services, resilient error-prone applications.
• Experience in developing Services oriented applications with n-tier designs using WCF. Built inter-operable services.
• Extremely proficient in MS SQL Server 2008 – Service Broker, Transact-SQL etc. Proficiency in writing advanced SQL queries is a plus.
• Has high analytical aptitude and problem solving skills to apply solutions for complex problems.
• Master's degree in Computer science would be a plus.
