Job Title : Datastage Developer
Location : Deerfield,IL
Duration : 12 Months
Rate: $50/hr c2c
Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 3+ Years
Technical/Functional Skills : ETL Datastage, Oracle, UNIX
Experience Required :
. At least 3 years total experience (Min 2+ years in Datastage)
. Good hands-on experience in datastage.
. Good understanding of ETL concepts and design using Datastage.
. Basic level of knowledge with logical and physical data modeling.
. Able to do data mapping between source and destination
. Database development using SQL, indexing, constraints etc., experience on SQL optimization, Oracle is preferred.
. Ability to understand the data and usage, requirements and guide the technical team.
. Good level of knowledge in UNIX, Shell Scripting
Roles & Responsibilities :
. Understand Functional/Technical Requirements.
. Programming jobs and sequencer in datastage
. Writing Unix shell scripts
. Preparing Unit Test Cases and System Test case
. Perform Unit testing and system testing
. Performing Impact Analysis for any changes in the application.
. Participate in onsite and offshore call
. Analyzing and performing Impact Analysis.
. Debugging programs
