Required Skills:

 

-Websphere Portal with proven experience of creating mobile-friendly websites is a MUST, not a strong plus.

-MUST have excellent client facing skills

-Experience with web-site development with focus on front-end work

-Experience delivering web sites via mobile.  (NOT required to have mobile application experience)

-IBM Websphere Portal Experience

-JSP, HTML experience

-Some architecture experience

-Experience managing dev teams of 5-7 people plus working with QA
