REQUIRMENT :

Position : Software Engineer

Location: Reston, VA

Rate: Open

Duration: Initially 3 months then will probably extend upto 8 months

Position at The College Board in Reston VA –

Budget thru next fiscal year (their fiscal year ends june 30th) so extension is approved beyond june 30^th. Looking for someone that can hit the ground running from a development standpoint.

Software engineer to help support the integration of our Oracle Identity Management platform with College Board applications.
Required Skills:*	Experience with Oracle identity management 11g or 10g suite - Oracle Identity Manager required Advanced experience with J2EE, JAVA, Oracle PL/SQL, MVC application framework, design patterns, web and application servers Experience with SOA technologies (REST and/or SOAP)
Preferred Skills:*	Experience with Weblogic application server
Education/Certifications:*	Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
Business Travel Required?*	No

Will consultant be used on ND/SI work?	No
Is consultant a staff augmentation or Temp to Perm resource for an existing open employee position?	No
Other Comments to Vendors:*	This position is only approved for the remainder of the CB fiscal year, but it is budgeted for the next year and will likely be extended.
