TITLE: Embedded Engineer
LOCATION: USA-,Wyoming, MN
DURATION: 12 months

DESCRIPTION:

2. 5 years experience in electrical hardware design and or development
3. Education and/or experience in applying embedded controllers
4. Databus/CAN design experience
5. Analog and digital circuit analysis and design experience
6. EMC training and background (optional)
7. Experience with electronic schematic capture and circuit simulation tools (optional)
8. Hands on experience trouble shooting/validating complex embedded electronics
9. Attention to detail
10. Ability to multitask and prioritize
11. Highly developed computer skills using EE design/analysis and Microsoft office software

1. Performs detailed studies and design of vehicle electrical systems, with the emphasis on hardware component designs / embedded systems.
2. Performs signal integrity analysis
3. Provides technical expertise in diagnosis of complex electrical questions, designs or problems
4. Prepares reports necessary to document system/component designs or results of tests or studies
5. Analyzes field problems in order to recommend and implement possible solutions
6. Troubleshoots electrical/electronic systems using standard electrical test equipment such as an oscilloscope, frequency generator, and digital multimeter.
7. Design and document software algorithms and requirements for engine/vehicle control modules and diagnostic tools (optional)
8. Develop and execute on-bench and on-vehicle validation plans, including the validation of electronic control modules.
9. Some travel is required.
