As a Financial Systems Business Consultant you will: consult with associates in other business areas, identifying business requirements and translating those requirements into system specifications. You will also act as a subject matter lead on special projects, providing accurate and timely analysis, design, testing and documentation of complex systems tasks.
· Provide a communications bridge between Customer business areas, Customer operational areas and Customer IT areas.
· Monitor, troubleshoot and document observations and/or concerns related to system issues.
· Perform user acceptance testing, regression testing both positive and negative, detailed reporting of applications/systems successes and defects, working with internal and external development personnel as well as business stakeholders to ensure testing results match expected scope and functionality, and stress and throughput testing.
· Facilitate the exploration, development, execution and implementation of key business requirements for various applications/systems.
· Translate business needs into technical specifications in order to create detailed requirements for fixes or development of various applications/systems.
· Drafting of and input on use cases to be used in development of various applications/systems.
· Review requirements details with business partners, provide feedback and/or comments, and troubleshoot any production issues.
· Contribute to business planning and applications/systems support.
· Explore, draft and prioritize development of application or product work requests and/or change controls. Upon completion of work requests or change controls, provide complete documentation to support the requests.
· Provide support to business and IT partners to ensure the appropriate change controls are implemented.
· Collaboration with internal application development and business teams to ensure development of applications/systems are feasible and appropriate.

Role Essentials
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management Information Systems or related field.
· Prior Experience in Oracle EBS (Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, Cash Management…etc.), OBIEE and Hyperion.
· Experience in system testing.
· Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access; SQL query language.
· Conceptual understanding of table-driven applications and browser-based applications (i.e. how they work and process/store data).
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to lead, facilitate, prioritize, negotiate and problem solving.
Role Desirables
· Master’s Degree of Business Administration or a related field
· 3+ years of health insurance or related experience
· Skilled in detail design and process documentation
· Ability to provide innovative technological solutions to complex business processes and reporting.
· Project management or process improvement experience.
· Experience in analysis, design, data modeling in Microsoft SQL Server, development of Access databases/applications and general data management
