Job Description for Tibco position

Apply knowledge and skill of TIBCO Business Works, TIBCO Enterprise Messaging Service, TIBCO Siebel Adapter, Tibco BWWF, Tibco Hawk, ORACLE programming, TIBCO Active Database Adapter, TIBCO iProcess to act as a senior resource for Tibco middleware products, including both Rendezvous and EMS messaging protocols. Duties include system administration such as installation, configuration, and testing of Tibco components in both Unix and wintel environments, as well as the development of business logic and data mappings using Tibco middleware tools. Client Systinet working experience is highly preferred. Consult and coordinate closely with internal clients on complex and/or ambiguous issues/projects to gather information/requirements, advice on technology choices, and confirms project specifications. Undertake complex projects requiring additional specialized technical knowledge and develop practical, workable, and cost-effective solutions to business problems to satisfy client requirements. Monitor progress against project time-frame and goals. Consult and/or actively participate in the management and optimization of computing resources which could involve multiple functional areas. Act as a source of direction, training, and guidance for less experienced staff. Effectively research, analyze, and identify current and emerging technology trends/products/concepts that can improve the team's or client's business process
