REQUIRMENT :

Job Title: .net/C# Developer

Location: Denver, CO or Raleigh, NC (Dependent on your current location)

Skills:

• Very strong object oriented design skills with proven track record of well engineered design.

• Strong written and verbal communications, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are necessary. Ability to interact and communicate successfully with business partners and technology teams is required.

• Self starter who can grasp difficult concepts and large architectures quickly and contribute at the architectural and coding levels.

• 7+ years experience successfully developing applications for Windows platforms using Microsoft technologies

• 6+ years developing with C++, C#, .Net

• 4+ years programming to SQL databases

• 1+ years experience with developing with LINQ

• Strong estimation skills with ability to provide reasonable estimates

• Experience with unit testing and history of successful interaction with a QA group

• Experience developing desktop and web (ASP) solutions

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.

• Desired - experience developing WPF and/or Silverlight for sophisticated solutions (e.g. not just screen layouts and simple interaction but complex development)

• Desired - experience with SOAP and REST

• Experience with VC++, MFC desired but not required

• BS or MS in computer science or related technical field

Overview:

The developer will work closely with the development team and business analysts to implement new features, enhancements, and fixes for a large and complex portfolio management system. The job will include interface design and development between company applications to provide advanced performance management reporting capabilities to internal and external software applications. The candidate should have strong object oriented design and programming skills using Windows .NET C#, LINQ, SQL, WPF and experience implementing object oriented solutions for desktop and web based deployment.
