Position:            Technical Recruiter

Location:           Bangalore (India)

Interviews will be conducted in Bangalore from January 21st on..

We are looking to hire seasoned Technical Recruiters for our operations in Bangalore India with 2-4 years of experience in contract hiring in IT for clients in USA.

Desired Candidate profile:

·       2+ year of working experience in a IT contract hiring.

·       Excellent knowledge of IT technologies on macro level

·       Excellent negotiating skills & work in a quick turnaround time to full-fill requirements.

·       Experience with use of job sites like Dice.com, Moster.com etc.

·       Experience in use of Social Media for recruiting including but not limited to LinkedIn, FaceBook, Twiter

·       Experience with Boolean searches when searching passive candidates (AIRS) theories

·       Exceptional networking skills and ability to source candidates through networking

·       Extremely organized and good time management skills

·       High-Energy with extensive hands-on experience in Corporate and Agency environments

·        Knowledge of US immigration is highly desirable
