Role: Java Consultant ( 6 + Yrs Exp)

Location: Richmond, VA

Project Duration: 12 months

 

Job Description:

 

Minimum 5+ years of overall software engineering experience – capable of leading teams while also being hands on.

∙5+ years of Java/J2EE based enterprise software engineering experience & web development experience.

∙2+ years of hands on iOS programming experience.

∙Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements mobile applications for iOS device platforms.

∙Must have built and published commercial iPhone and iPad applications.

∙Previous experience interfacing iPhone and iPad applications to server side API's.

∙Experience with Objective-C or C#, HTML5, JavaScript, and JSON, .Net or Object-Oriented programming.

∙Experience writing rich GUI's for the iPhone and iPad.

∙XML parsing and CSS experience is a plus.

∙Strong experience detecting / correcting memory usage issues.

∙Experience in agile development.

∙Build and maintain iPhone and iPad applications.

∙Implement and maintain new features.

∙Participate on application architecture definitions.

∙Participate in all phases of software development life cycle.
