Role: Business Analyst (Business Intelligence)
Location: Thousand Oaks, CA
Job Responsibilities
Provide leadership for the Business Analysis workstream
Facilitate discussions with systems and business owners of Cognos and BusinessObjects applications to determine key information (e.g., upgrade vs. retire, migration readiness) to facilitate project planning
Gather, collect and synthesize information from stakeholders to facilitate project management
Work closely with the project manager and a vendor team to coordinate report migration activities
Basic Qualifications:
College degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering preferred with 5+ years related experience or its equivalent
Minimum 3-5 years business analysis experience
Leadership experience on a project
Exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience implementing Cognos or BusinessObjects BI systems
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Team player with an ability to work independently and manage numerous deliverables in parallel
Self-motivated and results oriented
