Role: Oracle EBS Program Manager
Location: Berkeley heights, NJ
Duration: 18 Months
Must have 15 years of Program Management experience with at least 10 within ERP
Strong Oracle EBS Program Manager for the overall Plan to Manufacture (PTM) work stream within our global ERP transformation program. This role will support and drive the overall delivery of the PTM objectives, schedule, budget and deliverables. Key characteristics for the candidate include
• Significant Project/Program Management experience in ERP.
• Experience leading global Oracle EBS implementations end to end.
• Experience in Pharma or Medical Device.
• Domain knowledge within the Manufacturing/Supply Chain/Quality business processes.
• Strong facilitation and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Project management leading practices and structure(Issue and Risk Management, Resource management, Schedule and Budget management, project change management etc).
• Demonstrates executive presence and organizational agility.
• Demonstrated ability to work with and manage System Integrators.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Leadership skills. Assertive and able to drive actions to results, drive decisions, and enforce accountability.
• Able to effectively identify risks and issues and use experience to help evaluate them with recommendations for remediation/mitigation.
