Job Description:

Leads the development and implementation of highly complex internet and intranet applications on one or more diverse platforms. Uses advanced knowledge of web technologies, including C++, Java, Java Script, HTML, CGI, XML, Perl, ASP, multimedia applications, database modeling tools and/or database interactions. Evaluates systems specifications for client area web site requirements and determines and implements the most efficient and cost-effective software/package solution. Researches and tracks new web technologies, develops service applications, and analyzes business requirements as they pertain to web-based systems. Responsible for system quality assurance and consistency with installation and security policy and standards. May provide direction and guidance to less experienced staff. - We are seeking Senior .Net Developer for a growing Business Payroll Development team with strong work ethics, a natural problem-solver with good communication and interpersonal skills and a passion for software development. - This person will Analyze, Design and Develop full cycle windows and web based solutions based upon functional and technical requirements using Microsoft .NET technologies such as C#, Win Forms, ASP.Net, Entity Framework and SQL Server 2008 . - Work closely with Business Analyst, development and quality assurance teams to make sure that the software meets all technical specifications and resolve issues in a timely manner. - Provide technical and value-add recommendations towards design, development, and all aspects of application development life-cycle.

REQUIRED Skills/Qualifications –

3+ Years Development Experience using Microsoft .Net technologies. - Expertise in .Net Framework 3.5/4.0/4.5, Visual Studio 2010/2012, C#, ASP.NET/MVC, Windows Forms, Entity Framework, WCF, Windows Services and Web Services. - Experience working with Multiple Entity Model, LINQ to Entities and LINQ to SQL. Required backend database skills related to Tables, Views, Stored procedures, performance tuning, etc. - Knowledge of design patterns, data structures, multi-threading, data rich business applications and N-Tier Architecture - Candidate with strong communications skills and willingness to fully understand business requirements and their relationship to the technology solution.

Preferred Skills: -

Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS or related field. - Prior work experience with tools such as Idea blade DevForce, Dev Express, AJAX, Ext JS etc., - Domain knowledge in Payroll Application - Experience with Microsoft's Team Foundation Server environment - Microsoft Certification is a plus - Ability to be a team player and be flexible in meeting project deadlines Must be US Citizen / Green Card or Employment Authorization Document (EAD) Holder Platform and Skill Set Expertise: Web Development : XML, Web Development : HTML, Web Development : ASP, Web Development : C# .Net, Database Administration : MS SQL Server, Design Skills & Tools : Object Oriented Design
