Engagement Description:
Provide project management services associated with client s ERP Managed Services Analysis project. This project has two primary objectives:
1. Issue an RFI (Request for Information) to identify available external third-party vendors and managed services options for PeopleSoft support available in the marketplace, including potential costs for a Ramsey County specific approach
2. Examine county operational impacts and develop a high-level plan to address staffing requirements, operational requirements, and timeline The ERP Managed Services Analysis is expected to take 5-6 months, and will conclude with a written report and presentation of findings to the County Board. The future planning and execution phases of the ERP Managed Services Transition will be a separate project, following this analysis.
