We have an urgent requirement of Project Manager with one of our direct client in MN.

Engagement Start Date: 11/5/2012
Engagement Completion Date: 3/29/2013
Estimated Hours of Work: 800
Skill Set: Project Manager - Basic

Engagement Description:

 

IT Portfolio Coordinator will assist the IT Portfolio Director in the following activities:

Manage the master vendor delivery schedule in MS Project.

 

Prepare and manage portfolio artifacts such as WBS, risk and issues lists, contact lists, and financial documents. Consolidate PM status reports into a Master Portfolio status report.

 

Capture and publish meeting minutes during various committee meetings and planning sessions.

 

Onboard new staff and manage staff time reporting. Administer CALT and supportive SharePoint websites.

 

Successful candidate must have: Demonstrated ability administer key project / portfolio activities.

 

Proven ability to be able to abstract and provide concise business summaries of detailed analysis work products

 

Excellent listening and note-taking skills for formal meeting minutes.

 

Proven relationship management skills and ability to rapidly establish and leverage key working relationships with customers, vendors and companion/partnering organizations

 

Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and deliver artifacts as needed.
