We have an urgent requirement of Senior Business Analyst with one of our direct client in MN.

Engagement Completion Date: 3/29/2013

Engagement Description:

 

The Certification Technician/ Business Analyst will coordinate and update documentation for CMS certification and may perform some related lead analysis duties with other vendors.

 

This position will also be responsible for coordination and management of project Business Analysts allocated to specific areas of the business in relation to certification activities.

 

This position is specifically responsible for: Overall leadership of certification activities and coordination of business analysts and subject matter experts related to acquiring relevant information.

 

Development of a action plan and associated process to meet certification specifications and deadlines.

 

Collaborate directly with vendor counterparts for session planning.

 

Work with various State agencies to ensure and acquire the needed information to complete certification documents.

 

Participation in appropriate Agile sprint efforts with MN HIX solution vendor(s).

 

Successful candidate must have:

 

Demonstrated ability to lead coordination activities in a matrixed organizational environment with multiple vendors and State agencies.

 

Industry knowledge and understanding of business analysis and requirements development and execution utilizing processes such as use cases and BPM (Business Process Modeling) Industry knowledge of security compliance and related documentation.

 

Proven relationship management skills and ability to rapidly establish and leverage key working relationships with customers, vendors and companion/partnering organizations.

 

Strong analytical, presentation and facilitation skills. Experience working in an Agile software development environment preferred but not required.
