Engagement Description:
The Functional Project Manager will be responsible for the requirement definitions for all application components of the web application and ancillary functionality.
This position will also be responsible for coordination and management of project Business Analysts allocated to specific areas of the business.
This position is specifically responsible for:
Overall leadership of functional analysis and coordination of business analysts and subject matter experts.
Development of project plan and associated process in the development of requirements and work flow definitions. Collaborate directly with vendor counterparts for session planning.
Ensure overall business architecture for program is integrated across all system functions.
Participation in Agile sprint efforts with vendor alongside the project s functional BA s.
Successful candidate must have:
Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale application implementations in a matrixed organizational environment with multiple vendors.
Industry knowledge and understanding of business analysis and requirements development and execution utilizing processes such as use cases and BPM (Business Process Modeling)
Proven relationship management skills and ability to rapidly establish and leverage key working relationships with customers, vendors and companion/partnering organizations.
Strong analytical, presentation and facilitation skills. Experience working in an Agile software development environment preferred but not required.
