Qualifications:
Required Skills/Experience:
7 years of experience using the Cognos BI suite (including Cognos BI 10). Advanced Cognos Developer skills, Cognos Report Studio, Framework Manager, Cognos Connection, Transformer (OLAP), and Query Studio are required
Extensive experience designing and implementing dashboard solutions
Proven mastery of varied data warehouse concepts/methodologies used to implement business intelligence solutions
Oracle 11G and PL/SQL experience
Expertise with writing efficient Structured Query Language (PL/SQL) using various SQL-development software packages
Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Business or related field
Ability to perform data analysis, troubleshoot data integrity issues and trend data analysis
Extensive experience in the development of management reporting and performance analysis techniques
Experience working in a Teradata environment is required
Prior experience with Informatica is preferred
Prior experience in the mortgage industry or mortgage loan operat
