Required Experience or Skills
Three years of experience as a Business Analyst working in a software development environment, gathering and analyzing customer data and user requirements and translating those requirements into specifications used by software engineers to build enterprise applications
Strong technical aptitude with a solid understanding of healthcare transactions and standards
Proven ability to interact directly with clients and effectively understand needs while managing expectations
A minimum of two years experience working with HL7 integration standards
Strong analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills
Proven ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical team members
Strong understanding of application, data, and systems integration with two years experience working with any Interface Engine
Demonstrated ability to think at a system level, understanding multiple components and how those components interact
Ability to work in both self-directed and team environments
Experience working with Intersystem's Ensemble HL7 integration engine
Preferred Experience or Skills
Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field
Five or more years of business analysis or system analysis experience
Experience designing and implementing interfaces
Working on Agile development teams
