Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of the most complex, strategic, corporate-wide business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Applies knowledge of industry trends and technology to drive organizational change and position Wells Fargo for the future. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Participates in transforming strategic enterprise architecture and design principles into specific system requirements and specifications. Recommends and initiates systems testing. Acts as the highest-level internal consultant within technology and business groups by re-engineering technical processes for greater efficiencies with significant impact to the business. Directs and serves as a mentor to less experienced staff.: 10+ years of experience in business systems analysis and/or design.
The HR Systems Benefits team is seeking contractor Business Systems Consultants to participate in a PeopleSoft 9.2 Upgrade project and the Annual Benefits Enrollment project for the Benefits organization within Corporate HR. The Benefits organization administers Group Health and Retirement benefits for the Wells Fargo enterprise. The Benefits team currently utilizes PeopleSoft as their primary administration tool, as well as the primary Team Member self-service tool for benefits. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for PeopleSoft Benefits functionality. Partner with the Benefits team within Corporate HR in creation of business requirements. Analyze and document System Requirements. Create detailed functional design documents as required. Serve as a liaison between HR Systems and the Benefits team within Corporate HR in the evaluation and interpretation of business requirements. Conduct requirements walk-through for Business/Systems clarification. Develop and execute test cases. Serve as a liaison between HR Systems and the Benefits team within Corporate HR in Integration and User Acceptance testing. Facilitate SDLC process for assigned projects.
