Data Access Analyst
Location: Bloomington, IL
Duration : 6-12 Months
Experiences: 5+ Years as a SQL or data access developer Experience with open source DBMSs Experience with leading a team 1+ Years of experience in creating work orders for data access components by translating business & application requirements into quality detailed development specifications Soft Skills: Must be able to create a design that other team members will follow Can effectively voice their opinion in a room full of people Communication- both written and verbal. Teamwork - works creatively with team members to create solutions together Problem solving abilities Willingness to learn Self-directed Initiative Leadership, good communication skills, critical thinking Ability to translate requirements to data elements and transaction design solutions Ability to challenge ideas in a respectful, constructive way Facilitation skills needed for design sessions.
