Description:
Looking for a mid-level Business Systems Analyst who will provide functional and technical Oracle R12 EBS application support to internal business customers.
This person will also assist in gathering functional requirements and using them to plan and produce detailed functional specifications, test strategies and provide implementation and post production support.

Responsibilities: • Oracle R12 EBS Order To Cash (OTC) track -- Accounts Receivables (AR), Service Contracts (OKS), Inventory (INV), Order Management (OM) • Oracle Service Contracts covering subscription service and scheduled billing and renewals, cancellations, terminations links with OM and AR •
Advance Pricing (QP), Collection (IEX), Credit Management (CM) and iPayment (IBY) • Applies industry best practices in the implementation of new processes in Oracle Applications and other key processes and areas •
Plans and manages both small and large project initiatives to assure goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed timeframe.

Leverage deep understanding of business and/or technology and work closely with other groups to assure the total solution delivered to the customer meets/exceeds expectations •

Drive the implementation of Oracle R12 applications modules in the organization • Directly or indirectly, in conjunction with Financial Systems analysts, work with business users to resolve customer problems with software applications using troubleshooting skills and functional expertise • Perform implementation and /or maintenance support activities in assigned functional areas. Serve as contact for end-users if business super-users or primary analysts are unable to resolve application issues •
Develop test strategy and author test plans as required for application releases, enhancements and patches • Participate in cost analysis for IT projects from both a business process and technical integration complexity perspective •

Participate in and contribute to all phases of systems development, including requirements, design, development, client training, data conversion, testing and maintenance to achieve the successful development and implementation of the customer's business systems •
Troubleshoot Oracle R12 application issues related to customizations and/or software bugs and be able to work with software vendors for support/resolution

Knowledgeable in Oracle R12 Financial modules with emphasis on AR and OKS processes • Must have experience in Oracle R12 EBS specifically in Order To Cash (OTC) track -- Accounts Receivables (AR), Service Contracts (OKS), Inventory (INV), Order Management (OM) • Knowledge in Oracle Service Contracts covering subscription service and scheduled billing and renewals, cancellations, terminations links with OM and AR •

Experience with Advance Pricing (QP), Collection (IEX), Credit Management (CM) and iPayment (IBY) is preferred • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Technology or related field •
Understanding of financial accounting process and functions • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with credibility at all levels of the organization • Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills •

Responsive to customer needs and highly motivated to improve the skills and capabilities of his/her organization
