Role: SAP Consultant
Location: MN
ROLE 1
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 7 years IT professional experience
• Minimum 3 years of recent ABAP development experience with SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) module
• Minimum 3 years of combined experience with SAP LE (Logistics Execution), EWM modules
• Minimum 1 year of experience developing Adobe forms in SAP
• Minimum 5 years of recent experience in Object oriented ABAP programming
• Experience working with co-source/offshore resources on development projects
• Able to work onsite at in St Paul Mon – Fri during normal business hours (8am to 5pm). On occasion, may be required to work alternate hours to support project.
• Must meet export control requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
• SAP Certified Development Professional – ABAP with SAP NetWeaver 7.0 or later
• Strong technical skills in all areas of the ABAP workbench including: List, interactive, & ALV reporting; BAPIs and BDC scripts; Adobe Forms, SMART Forms, SAP Script; Dialog Programming; User-Exits & Customer Enhancements; IDOC;Performance Tuning; ABAP Objects; Workflow; Analyzing ABAP logs/dumps; Researching SAP Notes
• Broad development experience with SAP modules – CRM, WM, MM, PP, QM, WM, FI, CO, HCM
• Strong functional knowledge of Order to Cash (Sales & Distribution) , LE, EWM and GTS processes
• Strong knowledge in Customs Management and compliance areas in GTS.
• Experience with Shipping, Deliveries & Transportation.
• Experience with developing interfaces between SAP and non-SAP applications
• Experience with a SAP global implementation project
• Experience working in a regulated environment (SOX, FDA, etc.) subject to compliance controls
• Excellent interpersonal, written and team collaboration skills
• Relationship building skills with counterparts at SAP and other partners
ROLE 2

• Minimum 3 years of recent ABAP development experience with SAP PP (Production Planning), QM (Quality Management), WM (Warehouse Management) and MM (Materials Management) modules
• Minimum 1 year of experience developing Adobe forms in SAP
• Experience working with co-source/offshore resources on development projects
• Able to work onsite in St Paul Mon – Fri during normal business hours (8am to 5pm). On occasion, may be required to work alternate hours to support project.

• Minimum 2 yrs of SAP Experience in iDoc, ALE, RFC
• Able to work onsite in St Paul Mon – Fri during normal business hours (8am to 5pm). On occasion, may be required to work alternate hours to support project.
Preferred Qualifications
• In depth knowledge of XML, XSLT, WebServices and SAML standards
• Hands on experience in middleware platform
• Hands on experience with ABAP development
• Experience working with co-source/offshore vendors on development projects
• Experience working in a regulated environment (SOX, FDA, etc.) subject to compliance controls
