Need Very Senior Technical Program Manager cum Enterprise Architect

We have an urgent requirement of Very Senior Technical Program Manager cum Enterprise Architect with one of our direct client in Hawaii.

 

Location: Honolulu, Hawaii

Duration: 3 Years:

 

The PgMshall have the following preferred minimum qualifications:

 

a.      Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, or similar technical field;

b.      Master's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, or related fields;

c.       15 years of professional work experience;

d.      15 years government experience as either government employee or Contractor;

e.      Experience supporting government agencies, as either employee or contractor, at any two of Federal, State or County levels;

f.        Recent knowledge and experience with State of Hawaii government;

g.      100% availability, on-site

 

• Program Manager (PgM) –The Program Manager (PgM) shall be the government's single point of contact for all matters related to the execution of this contract. Specific tasking and deliverables will be established by mutual agreement between OIMT and the PgM. 
• Enterprise Architect– An experienced Enterprise Architect to assist the OIMT Chief Architect in expanding and maintaining the State's EA. The Enterprise Architect must have knowledge and experience with various EA frameworks such as Zachman, the FEAF, DoDAF, and TOGAF. The Architect must also have experience managing an EA tool/repository, preferably ARIS, but experience with other tools is acceptable.
