Skills:
Need a Sr. Backup Analyst / NetBackup Engineer who will be responsible for supporting, managing and implementing all backup infrastructures. This includes direct attached storage components, backup appliances, tape libraries and other associated backup and storage equipment. The Backup Analyst will perform daily systems management and tuning, including maintenance and trend analysis of the Backups infrastructures. Candidate must be able to ensure stable implementation and support of enterprise servers, backup disk based appliances, and tape libraries that are part of the SAN environment in a multi-site datacenter environment. Must be able to administer Windows, Linux, Unix, VMware, and backup devices/components. Must have hands on engineering, configuration, and troubleshooting experience with Symantec NetBackup. Must also have technical training on Windows and Unix platform; as well as VMware design and support pertaining to backup and storage. Candidates with experience in EMC Data Domain, VMware ESX, AIX, fiber channel zoning, EMC Clariion, and EMC Symmetrix arrays will get priority.
