REQUIRMENT:

 

Position :ASP.Net Web Developer-

Location : Aliso Viejo, CA

Rate : 55/hr

Duration :6 months-Prefers

locals candidates and needs to be able to interview in-person

 

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Seeking an experienced, ASP.Net web developer to join the IS Web Team and help design, develop and maintain Telligent social media platform.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Perform web application development utilizing .Net and the Telligent Community Platform (ASP.Net/C#, SQL, HTML(5), DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery).

·         Develop scripts and programs to migrate content from other community platforms to Telligent

·         Work closely with other development teams on integration projects

·         Work closely with community stakeholders on problem resolution and technical research

·         Document technical designs and any production support processes related to the community platforms

·         Adhere to IT production change control policies and procedures

·         Provide regular updates on the status of projects, enhancements, and bugs/incidents

·         Work with the team to troubleshoot and root cause production issues and outages

·         Be available for 24x7 support (on a rotating schedule)

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

·         Experience supporting and developing against social media and collaboration platforms such as Telligent

·         8+ years of solid ASP.Net development experience (.Net 2.0 +, MS AJAX, 3rd Party Controls, ADO.Net, JQuery)

·         Experience programming against APIs/web services using ASP.Net (C#)

·         Experience with SQL development; ability to write and troubleshoot SQL code (stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers)

·         Experience developing in an Agile or Iterative development environment

·         Thorough understanding of the Window Server operating system (Windows 2003 – 2008 R2)

·         Working knowledge of infrastructure principles; TCIP/IP, Active Directory, clustering, SSL Certificates, DNS, Load Balancers, redirects

·         Excellent verbal and written skills; ability to work directly with business stakeholders as well as technical resources

·         Requires excellent analytical and problem solving skills

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

·         Experience with Telligent Social Media platform

·         Experience developing and supporting high volume, public facing web sites in ASP.Net

·         Experience with tracking scripts (Google, SiteCatalyst)

·         2+ years working experience in UI/UX development (JQuery, MS Ajax, CSS)

·         Experience with TFS (2008/2010)

·         Working knowledge of mobile website development

·         Working knowledge of content delivery networks
