Lead Oracle OCCAS Architect

Requirement:

 

In need of a senior level OCCAS Architect/Lead. This resource would be asked to lead an OCCAS migration from 4.0 to 5.0. The right resource should have extensive experience with OCCAS 4.0 and WebLogic SIP server. Also, I am looking for someone with extensive experience architecting/evaluating a multi-platform large scale OCCAS migration
