General Information
Job Description: This individual performs advanced troubleshooting at the application level. Using his/her prior developer expertise, he/she will identify the area of fault (code, environment, or configuration) and guide the appropriate team in constructing and implementing the fix. The specialist is individually responsible for delivering technical diagnosis and solution prescription within his/her specific technology expertise and assigned applications.
Skills required:
Strong experience with Microsoft based technologies including C#, Visual Studio 2008.
Experience supporting Sharepoint 2010 environment including site administration, site collection, customization, custom workflows.
Must be customer focused and have experience in customer facing capacity.
Experience with SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS would be a plus.

Troubleshoot issues on existing SharePoint environments.

Communicate effectively with team members and customers in both written and verbal.
