will do the phone interviews on Monday-Wednesday; start the following Monday.

 

 

The consultant will be required to deliver efficient and high performing solutions that will capture and display property performance data into Salesforce at the property level. Source of this data will be SQL Server 2008 data warehouse.

 

Consultant will follow the agile framework and will participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning and review sessions.  All work product will be tasked during sprint planning sessions and the consultant is expected to deliver per his/her commitment in these sessions.

 

Description of Tasks/Work Product:

·         Consultant will review and understand the requirements for this part of the project. This could be in the form of a mapping spreadsheet with sources identified or a word document.

·         Consultant will architect and develop the data structure(s)/object(s) in Salesforce as necessary to capture property performance metrics. These metrics should be able to refer to a property record in Salesforce. 

·         Consultant will work with the Partner Integration team who will develop the ETL jobs necessary to move respective data into these objects. Consultant will verify if the data is accurately captured in these objects.

·         Consultant will use this data to build performance dashboards using Salesforce Analytics. These dashboards will be visible in Salesforce when property details are displayed or as specified by respective wireframes. 

·         Consultant will write code to either click a dashboard or a button in Salesforce on the property details page. This will capture property/user related parameters and call a Spotfire dashboard with those parameters. Spotfire dashboard will be a URL link with parameters. Spotfire dashboard will be developed by the Data Management team. There could be a login page in between the Salesforce call and Spotfire dashboard.

·         Consultant will write code to trigger account record updates and new record creation based on status changes within related Case records.

·         Consultant will update (and in some cases rebuild) existing Salesforce reports and dashboards as needed to reflect changes in underlying data as a consequence of earlier mentioned tasks.

·         Consultant will share knowledge with and provide training to internal Salesforce developer so that the resource can support the customizations.

 

Acceptance Criteria:

·         Consultant is able to deliver QA certifiable tasks per commitment or raised necessary risks/impediments within project delivery team.

·         Data is integrated into Salesforce and other sources and approved by QA.

·         Data is visible in performance dashboard in Salesforce at the property level and approved by QA

·         Salesforce can call a Spotfire dashboard and display information for that property, including necessary logins needed to display the Spotfire dashboard.
