Need Business System Analyst @ VA

 

 

Hello,

We have an urgent requirement of Senior Business System Analyst with one of our direct client in VA.

 

Location: Richmond, VA

Duration: 12+ months

Local candidates preferred.

 

 

·         Served as "lead" BSA on multiple project lifecycles; Significant experience in Financial industry (3+ years)

·         3+ years experience with ETL tools and processes

·         7+ years overall experience in developing business & system requirements

·         3+ years experience with Lean/Agile methodology

·         Proficient in elicitation and documentation of business, system, interface and data requirements

·         Experience with requirements prioritization and traceability techniques

·         Able to perform impact analysis from requirement and/or changes

·         Effective in developing test plans and UATs based on business and system requirements

·         Proficient in use of productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)

·         Excellent organization skills with ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks

·         Able to independently structure work tasks, track and report on progress to stakeholders.

·         Able to build relationships and effectively interface with programmers, analysts, project managers and other technical associates to explain requirements and recommended solutions.

·         Experience with managing and/or coordinating small to medium size projects
