Need BI Developer @ SC

 

 

Hi,

 

We have a requirement with our Direct Client for a BI Developer.  Must have More than 7 years of software development experience with an emphasis on gathering and documenting user requirements and developing business solutions.

 

Contract BI Developer

Location: Columbia, SC

Duration: 12+ months with extension possible

Interviews:  By Phone

 

 

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

·         Expertise utilizing Microsoft ETL/data integration tools (SSIS and T-SQL scripts) a must.

·         Knowledgeable/experienced with SharePoint 2010 & SharePoint Designer

·         Experience in BI data model and dimensional model best practices.

·         Knowledgeable/ experienced with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS. SSAS, SSIS).

·         Extensive knowledgeable/ experienced in all aspects of Business Objects desired.

·         Extensive knowledgeable/ experienced in all aspects of Microsoft BI Stack a must.

·         Skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

·         Traditional or Agile (Scrum) SDLC knowledge.

·         Experience with one or more BI dashboard tools.

·         Experience in deploying BI over the Internet

·         More than 7 years of software development experience with an emphasis on gathering and documenting user requirements and developing business solutions;

·         Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills, required;

·         More than 5 years of Microsoft SQL Server development experience, including stored procedure;

·         At least 2 years developing with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS);

·         Good sense of layout and graphic presentation of data;

·         Strong analytical/problem solving skills required;

·         Experience implementing dashboards and working with SharePoint is a plus;

·         Systematic and disciplined approach to developing solutions required

·         6+ years VB.NET
