Business Analyst with Credit card Exp - GC or Citizen- In-person or Skype

I have the need for a Business Analyst.  Initial contract 6 months with either possible extensions or hire.  Below is a description of what I need.

Location: Columbus Ohio-

GC or Citizen- In-person or Skype

 

 

Duties

 

·         Collects, understands, and transmits the business requirements for the project, and translates these into functional specifications and detailed test plans

·         Weekly reports to be produced for the project manager showing progress against outstanding milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies

·         Analyze and document business processes

 

·         Document work flows and results of business analysis and obtain sign-off from client on the specifications

 

·         Able to provide the link between the customer, development team and any third party regarding software functionality, throughout the development life cycle when needed

 

·         Help design and execute the test scenarios and test scripts

 

·         Day to day management of change requests in relation to the project plans to ensure agreed deadlines are met

 

·         Research industry trends, competitors, etc. as necessary

 

·         Attend key meetings, both internal and external, and report findings from the meetings

·         Resolves requirements and design issues

Qualifications

• Solid program development and business process knowledge
• Effective communication skills
• Strong analytical and product management skills
• Understanding of how to interpret customer business needs
• Works effectively in a team environment
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
• Knowledge of Web systems and environment
• Knowledge of Agile methodology
• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst

Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree
