- Trouble shoot production issues

- Focus on continuous improvement areas for support
- Coordination with various infrastructure and development teams
- Setting up the servers to host the applications based on technologies like Ruby on Rails, Java, .NET, PHP etc.
- Focus on Automation of operational/Manual activities
