Job Description:
Overall IT experience of 10-12 years with at least 8-10 years in DWBI space
• Experience in implementing IIW projects or IAA projects
• Strong facilitation skills to engage subject matter experts to define Data/Analytical requirements and conduct data modeling design reviews with cross functional project teams.
• Knowledge, Understanding, and Enforcement of Full Life Cycle Development Methodologies and Process
• Prior experience implementing Insurance Information Warehouse (IIW)
• Strong Hands-on experience using data modeling tools
• Experience in dimensional data models, Data Dictionary, Metadata
• Solid knowledge and experience of database and programming languages
• Experience with the global service delivery model.
• Significant experience with IBM stack required Experience implementing the IBM IIWIAA frameworks Strongly desired Experience of architecting and designing comprehensive DWBI solutions that meet business requirements on high-impact projects
• Experience leading successful data warehousing implementations cutting across ETL process, ODS, EDW, Data Marts, Reporting and analysis Ability to create well-defined DWBI solutions that are aligned to clients IT Strategy and leverage common solutions and services, to meet key project goals.
