Title: .Net Developer

Location: Melville, NY

Duration: 3 months(It's a Very long term. project starts with 3 months and keeps on extending)

Job Description:

• Migrate a VB6 application to dotnet
• Architect, develop and maintain internal applicatoin
• Development with MS SQL to support projects as required
• Data management ensuring data accuracy and integrity and organizing data retrieval
• provide an solution for performance issues in existing environment
• Search engine optimization

Job Level Specific Duties

. Codes, tests, and debugs new software / applications or makes enhancements to existing software / applications.
. Offers limited application recommendations for defined business needs.
. Contributes to root cause analysis based on system and incident knowledge.
. Works on assignments in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions. 

Typical Years of Experience

. Typically requires 2-4 years relevant experience.

Minimum Education and Certifications

. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Skills

. Demonstrated understanding of programming languages.
. Knowledge of coding, testing, and debugging simple applications.
. Demonstrated knowledge of application configuration, maintenance and support. 
. Knowledge of client / server networks.
. Proven ability to effectively troubleshoot program errors.

Physical Requirements/ Working Conditions

. Ability to physically perform general office requirements.
