Job Title: HP Exstream Consultant/Sr. Consultant

Experience: 6-9 years in Document processing software’s + 2 years minimum with HP Exstream

Location: Richmond, VA

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Essential Functions (Responsibilities):

· Candidate works from technical and functional specifications to develop policy contract packages for NPI (New Product Introduction) projects, compliance projects, automated business solutions, system conversions and software & server upgrades.

· Candidate works with project teams to prepare and manage timelines and deliverables during the project

· Candidate performs the design and creation of detailed specifications for the IT development of the policy print extract layout, oracle database schema, database load job and script processing to use for Document Issue applications

· Candidate performs thorough unit testing and troubleshooting of potential issues in output

· Candidate may serve as technical lead; provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced staff

· Candidate should have working knowledge of PDF & Postscript print streams with multiple different output queues and packaging requirements

· Candidate should have working knowledge of barcode reqs & development for high volume output

· Production support role for issues pertaining to contract delivery packages

Qualifications/Requirements:

· College degree (Engineering, MBA, Masters in IT or equivalent work experience

· Strong analytical and conditional logic skills

· Detail oriented with strong research and problem solving skills

· 6-9 year’s experience in Technical and comprehensive knowledge of document processing software used for/with document issue.

· High level of experience and efficiency with HP Exstream (minimum of 2 Years of Experience)

· Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and work & communicate with other departments to achieve final print goals, including cross-site teams and processes

· Print & Mail Industry Experience (Preferred)

· Insurance or Financial Services Industry Experience (Preferred)

· Visual Basic Developer Experience (Preferred).

· Customer is looking for experts to work with their DocGen COE Team, Product Development Team and DocGen Program Team, in developing, testing, implementing, maintaining, supporting, and documenting templates and document applications using HP Exstream to its full capability.

· Self-directed, organized, and motivated.

General:

Good written and verbal communications skills are required.
