| Engagement Description:
Gather and manage requirements for the Small Employer Health Options Program (SHOP). This is part of the Health Insurance Exchange that allows small employer groups 2-50 to select and offer insurance to their employees;
· Document process models;
· Assist in documenting business development of the SHOP;
· Assist in managing issues/risks as they apply to these;
· Assist in developing use cases and documentation to support testing activities related to the health insurance exchange technology tool; and other duties as assigned by SHOP Director or PM.
