Requirement:

Position: Test Lead

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Duration: 3 Months

Job Requirements

· Need solid understanding of quality assurance and testing best practices/methodologies in Marketing, Manufacturing, SCM, Finance and CRM based packaged applications

· Have a metrics driven approach that will help to drive ongoing process improvements, defect reduction and cost reduction

· Able to juggle conflicting/changing priorities and maintain a positive attitude in the face of extremely challenging and fast paced deliverables.

· Meet aggressive delivery timelines, coordinate well with remote teams, have the flexibility of working the time differences, and proactively solve problems.

· Manage multiple requests while managing issues and mitigating risks

· Communicate fluently and effectively with all level of business users, technical teams, and management across the organization

· Project management skills and being customer service orientation are also critical.

Experience

· A minimum of 10 years relevant work experience to strongly demonstrate the following skills and knowledge: test design and management, communication skills, analytical skills, interpersonal skills and group facilitation skills. This should include experience with defect tracking tools and a working knowledge of test and defect life cycle and how it ties to the SDLC process

· Ability to design scenarios to test the integration and satellite applications

· A minimum of 4 years of experience managing multiple projects and leading project teams
