Engagement Description: Gather and manage requirements for key operations items for the Health Insurance Exchange that span multiple work groups/projects such as: o Reporting o Notices/Correspondence o Data Feeds/transmissions o Training Assist in managing issues/risks as they apply to these operational items Provide support to the Business Architecture Committee Assist in developing use cases and documentation to support testing activities related to the health insurance exchange technology tool.
