Engagement Description: This analyst will participate on a system development project with implementation expected in the spring or summer of 2013. The system under development will support Agency processes that purchase, sell, exchange, lease, and license real estate owned by the state. It involves customization and substantial, detailed configuration of a commercial-off-the-shelf application. This analyst will gather and document design details, working with subject matter experts and with the system provider's design and development team. This analyst is likely to also assist in user acceptance testing and in the preparation of user documentation. He or she will augment a small team of state IT professionals performing related tasks. Standard first shift work hours are expected, with nearly all work required to be performed on site. The candidate must be a quick learner, a precise communicator, and willing and able to maintain detailed documentation.
