Solution Architect with Oracle ERP implementation exp at NJ PLEASE SEND MATCHING RESUMES TO shailesh@swarkysolutions.com OR shailesh.recruiter@gmail.com Experience with large scale Oracle ERP implementation (preferably manufacturing modules) including an in-depth understanding of integration and methodology Solution Architect NJ Prerequisites: • BS/BA degree required • Minimum 8 yrs of experience of architecting, developing/deploying large scale systems • Familiarity and understanding of applications and solutions in Healthcare • Experience in presenting to business partners and IT leaders required; ability to work independently Skills/Knowledge/Experience Required: • 8 - 10 years experience architecting and deploying large scale, complex business related applications. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven leadership skills, particularly with providing architectural direction as it relates to application deployment/development and integrations • Hands-on experience in developing the high level solution architectures • Ability to establish and adhere to technical standards as well as ability to compromise when appropriate. • Project management of solution architecture related activities -estimation, planning, controlling, and execution. • Understanding of architectural principles, methods related (but not limited) to Web, mobile, Databases, Service-Oriented architectures. • Experience with large scale Oracle ERP implementation (preferably manufacturing modules) including an in-depth understanding of integration and methodology • Experience with EAI architectures. • Experience with integrating 3rd party bolt-on software with Oracle ERP. • Knowledge of underlying hardware/systems infrastructure in Oracle ERP space. • Functional experience in Biotech, Pharmaceuticals or Healthcare a plus. • Ability to translate complex business and technical problems into easily understood solution approaches. • Detail-Oriented- ability to look into the details of technical design to ensure alignment with solution architecture • Must have the ability to work in a matrixed environment.
