St. Cloud, MN
We are looking for .NET/C# Developers who have Oracle experience. They're going to be using .NET 3.5 and won't be moving to 4.0 yet is what they told us. This will be a Web Application and they won't need any Desktop Developers. If the candidates are qualified enough they will be asked their input on the Architecting the design but that isn't a requirement. They must be great communicators.
Skills needed:
• 5+ years experience in information technology.
• Net 2.0 or higher (web development), Visual Studio 2008), Great communication skills and Oracle
• Solid development experience in Windows .NET, ASP.NET, COM+/DCOM, Web Services, C#/C++, IIS/Apache, ASP, XML, WCF.
• Experience in /Oracle, XLS/XSLT, Business Objects is a plus.
• Course work or experience in the following areas is desirable: Reporting tools, stored procedures, data structures, programming languages, systems analysis and design, object oriented analysis and design, object oriented programming, database management systems, data communications, control structures, networks.
• Insurance or Financial background is a plus.
Demonstrated success in project execution with involvement in multiple projects.
Excellent communication skills to build relationships across the organization from the business through enterprise IT organization.
Experience in various Software development life cycle/methodology.
Large enterprise development experience in complex heterogeneous process oriented environments is a plus.
Excellent time management, communication, and organization skills.
