Job Description
Manages one or more non-technical projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements. Responsibilities may include resource allocation and all phases of development life cycle (i.e. feasibility study, requirements, analysis, ROI, business plan, design testing, and implementation planning). Regularly interacts with management. Coordinates and directs the activities of project team members. Ensures all project requirements and/or objectives are documented. Generally has 7-9 years experience.
Must be able to work independently to perform business analysis activities towards goal of a program of information/data governance/securty/compliance-related projects and intiatives.
Must be able to independently and effectively engage in all typical project functions including, but not limited to:
. Schedule/Time Management
. Status reporting
. Issue management
. Risk management
. Documentation management
. Requirements management
Skills:
.Must have a minimum of 7 years of business analysis experience
.Abiilty to work independently to perform key business analysis with skills to:
. Conduct business user interviews
. Interact with business management and users
. Document business requirements
. Define business processes and flows
Ideal candidate will have previous Information Governance and Management experience and/or experience in a controlled environment.
Experience with the following applications/tools preferred:
. JD Edwards
.PeopleSoft
. Essbase
. Microsoft SQL Server
Education:
. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, business or a related field.
