Skills:

Oracle Applications Developer with proven experience developing and modifying solutions for Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM).

Must have hands on C, C++, XML, Java, CVS, UNIX Shell, Perl and SQL skills and working knowledge of BRM with Billing and Rating, Invoicing, and Collections.

Experience working from business requirements and technical design is required.
